Danone has the kind of culture where as long as management have someone to use as a scapegoat for ever occurring issues they are happy. No employee outside the team are listened to. The relationship between factory employees and management is bordering on toxic. Not a nice place to build a career.
Danone Nutricia was a very enjoyable workplace to complete my intership at. My co-workers were all extremely friendly and approachable. Work here changes daily as there are two laboratories microbiology and chemistry and every technician is trained in both. This has an advantage as the work is not repetitive and the same every day.

Opportunities are good at Danone for progression Whilst on project support has been very good from Senior Management The overall central teams are young and some with low related work experience. Long hours within supply chain but this is often the case with many companies embarking on a project Team work is good and often helps to motivate as the team are very familiar with one another Good support from within the project team

Long Hours, time away
Danone is a great place to work, the organisation is filled with "can do" individuals, many of whom are all too happy to help out. The company encourages its employees to constantly challenge the status quo and to engage in break through thinking. There is a culture of trust that ensures there is a great vibe constantly in the building.Whilst there is occasional pressure to deliver on projects, this doesn't happen too often. Everyone within Danone feels immensely proud of the market leading brands that they work with.
