Nice place to work
Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (Current Employee) –  Limerick22 August 2017
The Daughters of Charity is a wonderful place to work, with great standards of care for all residents. Good support from management and colleagues. The biggest downside for me is the shift work, which isn't conducive to family life.
Pros
Being part of an organisation with high standards of care
Cons
Shift work isn't family friendly

Can be a stressful and very challenging work environment. Management do not engage very much with staff on a day to day basis. Good pay and benefits. Shift work
