Daughters of Charity Irish Province Employee Review
Good salary and benefits. Can be very stressful
Work with intellectual disabilities in a home enviroment enjoy the work , the hours can be long but suit , could go into day services and work Monday to Friday . Can be a challenging role but very rewarding
Enjoy working with staff and clients
the pay should match care assistant rates
Not a conductive place for harmonious work with other staff . Not a place if you have a family or want one of is held against you. Staff get treated not great especially if you have on opinion . If I knew then what I know now wouldn't have left old job . Benefits are good pay is decent
Pay and annual leave
Athmosphere, Work load, Not being valued as a memver of staff, not being treated lile so, Rosters change when it suits management amd without choice of staff
