It's fun to teach there but be ready, spring programme you can be with no hours at all for 3 weeks! Summer is really busy and you can count on the hours. I caught myself many times wondering why some teachers get more houra than others and it is said it is seniority that counts, but sometimes seniors complained too. I really enjoyed working there especially in Spring. You will have support from peers, so you can't rely on management because they are busy all the time. You learn how to be flexible and improvise a lot, especially in the summer, when sometimes they give you a group and then they change the last minuye.
