Everyone is heard at DeciphexI joined Deciphex as a graduate and knew straight away this was a great place to work. They definitely throw you into the deep end but everything you do makes a difference and any idea you have is heard. Every day is different and you'll be challenged in the job. Even though work is remote at the moment there is a sense of community in the company we all want to achieve the same goals!

Poor work ethics and without concern for employeesOverall poor work culture, might depend on your team. Micromanaging managers who does not trust their employees to get work done. Treats employee as a mere tool to get work done, not interested in their career development or their growth. No trainings provided. Was promised to be given training in AI/ ML algorithms ( by the CEO) before joining the company but even within the 9 month period they did not bother to give training. When asked about it multiple times , did not even acknowledge the email that said they would be giving training in AI/ machine learning . It was a part of their candidate onboarding strategy. They are interested only in utilizing your skills. No health insurance, no life insurance, no pension contributions by the company ( joined the company thinking could learn AI/ML techniques as promised). No defined tasks for the role, keeps changing depending on what the management wants. No visa support provided to non EU candidates. Also, many employees are terminated during probation (either due to high expectations or discrimination at work)

Great company and fantastic culture!Since joining Deciphex, I haven't had a single day at work where I didn't accomplish something. It is a fast paced and dynamic start up culture, so there is lots of hard work to be done but it's a really enjoyable place to work. The company is growing very fast, as it's products are innovative and well regarded in the industry and the companies goals give me reason to think there'll be no slowing down any time soon. The culture is friendly and welcoming. Everyone, from interns to senior level management is approachable, helpful and down to earth. Deciphex is big on autonomy so if you're looking for somewhere where you can get stuff done and your ideas and input are valued - they are all about it. They have a permanently distributed workforce so they're committed to long term flexible working which is great!
