Assistant Manager in Dublin, County Dublin
Fast paced loads to learn - work hard play hard I loved my time in Deloitte. I learned so much, was rewarded for my hard work and made so many lifelong friends and memories during my time there. It’s definitely one of the best places to work if you’re young, ambitious and looking for good work/fun balance. The hours were long a lot though, that was what eventually made me leave. If the culture didn’t force that I would most definitely still be there I loved everything else.

Great for career developmentVery supportive environment and great for learning and development. Good social life and fair wages while training although excessive workloads meant not a sustainable work life balance for me.

Good PSU projects and good managementYour experience will depend a lot on your team and manager but usually the work culture is good. The management is approachable. Lot of team outings and lately they are trying to improve the employee benefits to match with the market standard. The pay is not so good but you can learn a lot if you are in the early stages of your career. Mostly PSU projects on the IT Consulting side.
