Office Administrator (Current Employee) - Galway
A typical day in work involved dealing with customers over the phone in mail and in person. I enjoyed working on my own and as part of a team to resolve an issues encountered throughout the day.

I find all staff very welcoming and with a good general knowledge of their duties for the day.

Driver (Former Employee) - Cavan monaghan
Vehicles barely fit for the road, ongoing issues constantly.

Any issues raised with the owner are ignored. No help provided, 1 man expected to deliver 2 days worth of parcels everyday.

Work Saturdays but you're not payed for them, set wage Monday to Friday.

14 hour days nó lunch break.

As in most courier companies, the one doing the heavy work are the least paid and are not respected. These companies spend millions on sponsorship but nothing to help staff.
