Fun and interesting workplace

If you enjoy a friendly atmosphere, surrounding yourself with books and customer service then this is the job for you. Every day is different, colleagues are a joy to work with and if expressing your passion for reading buy communicating and recommending to customers is your ideal job, this is for you.

Regret having to leave.

Excellent company to work for. Not great when you get moved around the stores but this is only if you're a full time staff. They expect you to be interested in books and keep up with new releases and to have a favourite go to book in each genre is a big bonus.

Interesting. Fun. Challenging.

I worked in Dubray's head store in Bray for a number of years. It was a career change for me that I never regretted. The variety of tasks in any working day and interacting with co workers and customers was wonderful. I was in charge of the library account, Irish section and completed window displays. Every day was enjoyable, making contact with new and regular customers. I hope to return to this job at some point. (I left to attend college). They are a great company to work for with a great team in every store. Opportunities are there for all to progress in this arena.

Well organized company

Should you be working on the shop floor, your day will be planned meticulously well. The staff are flawlessly lovely and have great respect for their co-workers and superiors. A very good place to work.
