Poor management structure where entry-level analysts run cases from the beginning, no standardised training/processes leading to varying quality in work, knowledge protected by management and not shared leading to pitfalls in skillset for upcoming staff, very much a 'sink or swim' culture. Analysts are treated like front-line infantry and management won't hesitate to throw them under the bus. Completely undiversified workforce, few women or people of different ethnicities in the office. Bad 'lad' culture in need of harassment training. Very low starting salary and unclear career path. Certainly does make you a well-rounded employee afterwards as they have you doing everything to cut costs.
Exposure to many situations and enhanced skillset
poor management, poor salary, no benefits whatsoever
Senior management are bullies and entirely unethical in their work practices with staff. Overbearing, bullying tactics implemented daily. They are a law unto themselves as no HR function in Dublin so there is nowhere to go if you need support. They have it all sewn up. Despicable behaviour. They ought to be ashamed of the way they have treated staff. Avoid like the plague and work somewhere you will not be bullied, abused and humiliated.
