Fun work place
Very good place to work. Staff are very friendly. Good work life balance. In general if you like books you would enjoy working there. There are discounts for employs if you are permanent.

Best job I had
It’s a great place to work in, I was there for the busy Christmas period (October - January) and I loved it. You learn things there pretty fast, you’re constantly putting books away and customers are constantly asking for such and such a book so you get to know the most popular books in no time. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You get the odd rude customer but you get them everywhere. Christmas is a great time to work as you get a lot of hours here. Interview went great, few hard questions. Heard back the next day.

Great Experience
The best job I’ve ever had tbh! I worked there part time while in college for 1.5 years and never had a bad experience. I was always offered extra hours and the shop I worked in was small so we were all very close! Very easy place to work! Wish I never left.

Management Were Difficult
Manager only cared about sales and not about customer or staff experience. I was insufficiently trained and then reprimanded for not being aware of things that the manager failed to take five minutes to show me (procedures which were not outline in the staff handbook). I would not recommend someone to work there. It was a very stressful environment to be in.

great company to work for
Loved working for Easons, It was my first job here in Ireland. Great life/ work balance. One hour break and then 20 minutes tea break. Staff is amazing, as well as the management. The only downside is the minimum wage, 9,55.
