You do not work for enterprise - you are effectively owned by them as most people will work 7.45 to 18.30, often with little or no lunch break. There will be occasions when you have to work past 18.30 if for example you are sent to another branch for a specific car or van needed for the following day. But you only get paid for 45 hours - you will be advised that you will get the time back, however 8 times out of 10, you wont!
There will be promotions opportunities due to a combination of high staff turnover and continued growth. However be warned some positions are filled prior to the interviews sadly.
Also due to high staff turnover, you will be left in a position of being under staffed and over worked regurlarly.
On the plus side, there is a mix of skills learned, logistics, customer service, management, sales etc and your day wont be spent sitting in the seat doing the same thing from morning to evening.
will work 50+ hrs weekly and get paid for 45
