Dealing day by day with hardware calls and customer related issues. I have learned many skills while working here. Well organised and always a hand there to help you when needed. Wide range of culture within the company. I've found that dealing with some customers may be hard as they do not co-operate properly with you. I've enjoyed working together as a team with some of my colleagues.
Ergo is typically a good place to work. The people are friendly and welcoming. You will work hard but you will play hard too. There will be many a night out. The only downside is it is hard to get paid a competitive wage. You will be paid below average.
The people, the culture
Long hours, increases in salary are hard fought for if given at all.
The people are the most important part of the place. If you don't have good people, you soon start to see cracks no matter what company or industry you are in. I saw some massive challenges but there was always someone that was willing to help out especially when it was a live issue that was impacting on many people.
Ergo is a good place to work. Great fun and a real lively environment to work in. It is a high pressure environment with a great team spirit.
Ergo is constantly changing and is always pushing to be the best in class IT provider.
they are implementing positive changes. people there are nice and friendly. I found it hard to settle into my role as it was changing constantly. the most enjoyable part was seeing changes implemented.
