Not bad
decent place to work. Good ambience. Managers are very understanding ad caring. Would highly recommend it as a place to work. The benefits are probably the best part

Good People, Bad Work life balance
All the people I worked with were lovely and very welcoming but they always seemed to be working evenings and weekends, especially third years and up.
Manager in Dublin, County Dublin

Not for me
Probably best if you start your career here. Not so good for those coming in from elsewhere. Expectations too high and work/life not in balance. Demanding and felt like I did not belong here.
Senior Manager in Cork, County Cork

Consultancy - Tough having to repeatedly prove yourself to clients
Lots of one up man ship. Suits a certain personality type. Lots of pressure and stressful deadlines. The management structure is very loose and really being billable is the be all and end all. Tokenism towards work life balance.

Good place to work
The firm is very flexible and the benefits are also decent compared to competitors. The work can be challenging and you get to learn a lot. The management is also very supportive
