Overall great place to work. Can be demanding during certain periods but if you're looking for a stable, long-term career, it's certainly a place to consider. Compensation is competitive among its' peers but that doesn't mean to say employees are fairly compensated. .Overall workforce s is above average in terms of talent, intelligence, skill etc. but the compensation doesn't reflect this. If you are more focused on compounded growth, consider EY. If you're looking for good comp in the short to medium-term, perhaps not the best place.

Executive Assistant (Former Employee) - Dublin
The day to day workload was fine with typical spells busier than others, but very manageable overall and Partners in the main, were easy to work with, kind and reasonable to deal with. Expenses and travel all have a process to follow and is easily managed. However the administrative circle of Executive Assistants had a few bad apples in it who contributed to a toxic work culture with back biting, excluding people and general behaviour that was only tolerated as the lead EA behaved in a similar way. This led to a huge high turnover of EAs which was disappointing. You need to be extremely resilient to survive in this culture. Has the potential to be great once rid of the bad apples.
Pros
Good salary, work life balance and recognition by Partners
Cons
Toxic behaviour in EA circle with bad apples spoiling the barrel, Nothing done to address, PMDP review process

Intern for UK&I CBS Finance (Current Employee) - Dublin
As part of the collections team, our daily task were to collect cash for the business. This involved liaising with engagement managers and clients to see when expected payment was. I learned a lot in this role and experienced what it was like in a working environment. Everyone was extremely easy to get along with and helpful.
Pros
Flexitime
Cons
Supervision
