The hardest part of the job was to be on my feet all day and rushing around especially on a busy day you would be under pressure to get everything done. Fun workplace
I had a great experience in the Eyre Square Hotel. Lots of work to do but good managers to lead the staff. Definitely an amazing place to start your career in the hospitality industry.

Complete lack of management structure and knowledge of the industry shown by owners.
My time at the Eyre square hotel, was the most disappointing job opportunity I’ve ever accepted. The owners/managing directors lack any knowledge in the hospitality industry. They disregard all staff members and have no appreciation or respect for they’re employees. Corners are constantly being cut and the business is overall unsustainable. I would advise anyone to avoid this business.
