We provide a wide range of supports to family carers across the country and deliver thousands of hours of in home support each week through our team of loyal and dedicated Home Care Workers. While our teams on the ground predominantly deliver home care packages to older people in the community, we also provide respite to those in need of additional support and care as well as palliative care in some parts of the country.

The provision of care to an individual in their home is a truly important task and Family Carers Ireland wants caring, dependable, motivated and qualified staff to achieve this.

Good job, never gaurenteed hours. But good company to work for, staff is great and office are always quick to answer. Money is okay with a fixed contract. They work from you’re home address so never to far to travel

Good company to work Workers are valued

I have been here for over 18 months there's no politics in dealing with matters of concern. Management are professional in their approach also show compassion and empathy towards staff. The service is Client centred where staff play a major role. Training is facilitated and kept up to date. Pleasant office staff and management always willing to help.
