Enjoying my time there at the moment,Starting on six months contract, it's local for me only ten minutes away but they run a bus system to work if needed

Horrible company

They literally hire people with the false pretense that the job can lead to permanency but they literally hire new people who you'll end up training to take your position. Disgraceful company who need to be found out for who they are

Great products, fast-paced, rapidly growing. Very demanding schedules, with high reliance on data for any sort of decision-making which can delay progress.

Loved the job found it hard to deal with HR

I worked at Ferrero for close to 14 years. I absolutely loved the job, trying to deal with hr became increasingly impossible. Overall I must of applied for 20 jobs internally to try and progress in my career but unfortunately it is a fact of life and it’s not what you know it is who you know to get on. But I would reiterate I love my actual job.

Great staff and facilities. Flexible hours and plenty of access from bus, train and car. On site parking and great canteen and prepared hot/cold food.

Nice Atmosphere

I enjoyed my time in Ferrero Ireland, friendly and relaxed workplace. The direct supervisors are generally good to deal with, the management are always friendly and polite. Surprisingly active duties considering the role, always kept busy. Of course there is little in the way of job security, but thats part of the package and you know that going in.

fun and enjoyable job

i was trained in on the machines and i was shown how to fix them if they broke down. I was able to do quality checks on the computers and i was also part of the packaging team. I really enjoyed my time at ferrero

Productive Work place

A typical day at work in Ferrero is an eight hour shift. The shifts change weekly ranging from days, evenings and then nights. I have learned how to work in a fast pace environment in order for targets to be met on time. I have learned to communicate with a team, and also attention to detail. My co workers ranged from the ages of eighteen to sixty. We all jelled together very well. The hardest part of my job was trying to keep up to speed when i first began but after a couple of days i got the hang of it, The most enjoyable part of my job was working with a different group of people every day.
