Good work - horrible people

Type of work I was doing required 12h work shift, 4 days a week, nights only. Nigh shift supervisor is in the company building on their own. Job consists of contacting drivers, store managers and blood bank, solving problems on spot (eg. broken car, leaking freezer etc. ), keeping track on scheduled deliveries and creating database entries for those. Also creating file logs for blood deliveries throughout Ireland. Hardest part of the job would be lack of night blood transport drivers and inability to discuss ongoing issues with higher management. Sadly, work culture is really bad and even letting someone go after a while is done very inappropriately (eg. coming to somebody home ?!). Job itself was great even with huge amount of stress.
