Normal place to work

A very busy somedays, other days are boring. As part of kitchen staff, teammates are nice. Rest of employers nice but doesn´t respect your job sometimes. People at work always talk about they could offer more money and better conditions, no health insurance, no full time and/or permanent contracts.

Very good workplace, flexible and welcoming

Overall a very positive workplace. Management are very friendly and welcoming, quick to help and flexible with hours when making roster. Very good co-workers, quite a few benefits, can be quiet at times but otherwise positive work and many opportunities for advancement and career development which are encouraged by management.

Great team, low wage

Management usually not helpful and poor training. Colleagues wonderful however good environment. Poor wage. Fast paced environment, great employee benefits.

Great Team. Dreadful wages .. insulting to skilled staff.

Great Team. Friendly, helpful Managers except the Deputy Manager (cold and rude). The rate of pay for skilled staff is absolutely disgraceful .. either minimum wage or about 10% higher. Senior Hotel Management do not value staff. They pretend to value staff, otherwise, they would pay staff a good wage. They do not even pay close to a good wage.

flexible place to work

There’s very good flexibility and choice of shifts but it’s unpredictable what your duties are going to be. You also get no training form management and have to ask other people for help.Tips are bad. Managers can be too overbearing. But work there if you want a good work life balance.
