I worked for almost two years at GE Healtcare, When they hired me, they promised, if I will be good, they employe me permamently. So I gave everything from myself, I always had a daily goal, I repaired the machines, although I did not have to.etc... After a year, I got a deserved contract right away. I worked hard to got the contract. Unfortunately, a few months later, I was redunded, and now I find out that a month later, they hire people again. It is quite a disappointment, and an evident lack of respect for man and his hard work.
21 years of working in a company and I have not seen anything like this, new managent view for company, threw away many good people and after one and a half months, hired people from agency, because is cheaper, this should be punished by low, menagment counts only profits from the bonus.
