Glanbia Employee Review

Just ask the ones you've hired from mmpa. Sort of weird they all seem to know eachother.

You have a couple people that worked as past managers at mmpa preventing you from actually getting good, experienced, reasonable workers. Instead, they choose who they know and who they are "tight" with. Good luck finding real help in this terrible profession. Go ahead and question how you can't find real help. Prove us wrong! And then ask a few years down the road why the culture there sucks! You shouldn't be surprised.

Laboratory Technician (Former Employee) - Ballytore, County Kildare
Poor management. Pro bullies, anti victim. Unions control company and management. They can do what they want and abuse fellow union members. Those who have seniority control everything

Shared Service Clerk - Accounts Payable (Former Employee) - Waterford
The staff at Glanbia are without a doubt their biggest asset. Loyal and hardworking and always willing to help. The problem is the managers specifically withings the accounts Payable department in the SSC Dungarvan and the HR. The managers are disconnected and foster a sense of lying to their staff. Everyones backs are up when manager or supervisor is around and the place is so much nicer to work on a day when the manager and supervisor and away and the team leads are in charge
