12 hour shifts inside a factory is too long, it brings the moral on the floor down you can see the operators coming in for their shift with a very stressed look on them because its not easy, 8 or 8 1/2 hr shifts would be far better for everyone, and to prevent down time the change over of the shifts could done if the operator coming in was in half hour before the existing operators shift ends and so on.


I researched the company and the area of activity.


The person need to apply in the GSK website. The first step is input the curriculum, than there are two tests: logic test and English test. After this, there is an interview with the person responsible for the job.
