Inept team of unprofessionals with very little/no skills leading to a shambles of a company. It is a reactive unpleasant place of work, the worst I have endured. The only priority they have is sales growth, having no foundations to build upon is likely to lead to collapse. It’s also not about what you know, it’s who you know. Client service is appalling, the payments function is broken, tech teams are unable to prioritise due to many bugs .
