Worst workplace ever
Very bad teamwork
Only give zero hour contract to all employees

No breaks, have to work ten hours straight up

No fair treatment - for some everything is allowed, others nothing

Have to check working hours constantly, as the accountant can't count either

Management only cares about the money, not people

Will fire you in a blink of an eye, without notice. Not worth being loyal to them, as they (as many other companies) clearly only take advantage of the endless amount of cheap work coming to this country.

Learn to respect your employees - you depend on them, NOT the opposite. Give proper contracts: when everyone is working more than fourty hours a week, zero hour is not okay.
Pros
Flexible with hours
Cons
Bad teamwork, long hours, will fire people for no reason (no fair treatment)
