What advice would you give the CEO of Gourmet Burger Kitchen about how to improve it?
I would scrap all relationships in the work. Survey staff in confidence to make sure everything is running smoothly in the workplace. And seek how the workplace could become better.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Gourmet Burger Kitchen a better place to work?
I would listen to the staff, if staff are crying out for an extra member to help on certain busy days off the week I would help as much as I could even if it’s to help 2/3 hours. The people who purposely come in to work raise tention and gossip badly about other team members i would shorten there days on the roster and they’d soon stop. Picking the next AM or Manager in line I’d keep tabs of their preformance, reviews, market force and ask the team working what they would think as they’d have to work along this person. “If you treat staff so good they will never want to leave”!
Good. Phone call, trial and accepted a week later. Lots of assessments to do and lots of learning on allergies
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Gourmet Burger Kitchen? What are the steps along the way?
Got a phone call two weeks later then asked to do a trial. After the trial was asked to do another interview it was a little messy at the start because apparently the GM was playing GM to a few shops around town
