Promise the sun moon and stars when you start. The employed some very hard working talented people and they're advice fell on deaf ears. They have since been moved.

Company owners given a plan for sustainable growth and they turned it down.

Management are difficult, always short of staff, shifts and hours unpredictable and grueling. Kitchen staff were hard to work with, was expected to do the job of 2 people on the salary of 1.

Serious company regarding payment.
Very bad management, not at all profesionall, they don't know to run hospitality and that's for sure.
This is why they are closing places instead of opening.

the first day i worked i had no idea what to do but the kitchen staff explained to me how kp works the head sheff was very help full and from there on i new wat to do its a very good job to look into may not be a very big job but its a job at the end of the day the management could be a little bit better. the hardest part of the job is when iv nothing to do. the most enjoyable part of my job is seen everyone with a smile ...
