The company does good work but its hard to recommend working there. There's a deep schism between long-term employees and new ones coming in, and the attrition rate of junior employees is quite high.
It has a very top-heavy management structure with an owner, CEO and 4 directors regularly involved which services a development team of roughly 4 developers - this leads to pressure being placed on junior employees to keep expectations modest. I haven't worked there in some time but I would not recommend them as a prospective place of employment.
Fairly autonomous projects
