At present 2 cycle shift with no nights or weekends are a huge plus.
Only one break during 8.5 hour shift of 30 mins is poor
Overall majority fantastic people working there
Good basic salary
poor management at times and inadequate sparse training
2 tier culture of management /office staff versus operational lines workfloor staff causes unnecessary friction
Potential to be a great place to work...easily fixed
great people / no nights / mostly no weekends/ good basic salary
Staff on contracts have to wait until the final day of their contract before they find out if they have a future here. Its really disrespectful to the staff who work hard and they deserve better. Having to get permission to go to the toilet or leave the room for a drink of water brings me back to school days. It's not all bad, canteen is great, money is not bad, and the staff are okay. Here since January, we see what happens!

Grifols had a dramatic growth in terms of workforce and revenue. This brings some stress to the organization but also brings a lot of development opportunities. There are things that can be improved but in general term it is a great place to work.
