Unrealistic targets compared to workload, manpower and time of year.
Arrogant and idiotic customer service (treats front line staff like idiots). Rewards aggressive and ignorant customers with free products and services while blaming staff who are just doing their job and following consumer rights and warrenty guidelines.
Thrash your bike, leave outside all winter, can't use gears or got one puncture in 3 months just call customer service they'll give you a new bike.
This kills staff confidence and moral. It results in staff constantly on edge, doubting themselves/training and having to defend themselves.
Understand wanting to keep up a good company reputation but in fact this does more harm then good at the expense of staff.
