Good training for the job, good salary.

Great company overall. Good pay rate but as a part time student the 4 / 6 hour shifts were not ideal as I would be travelling in and out. The training was great and the Harry Corry business is family orientated. However I found the sales targets at times stressful and inappropriate depending on customer situation. Bad for mental health

Terrible workplace. HR most unhelpful people. The worst for your mental health. Never swap your days for shifts - every weekend, every evening. Lovely people that your working with but power can go over peoples heads

Wouldn’t recommend

Horrible workplace. Went home crying after nearly every shift. Extreme push on reaching targets and approaching customers when at times it feels extremely inappropriate. The You Are The Difference programme would work well in the premises if management/ supervisors wasn’t so pushy. Very click orientated by older members of staff.

Horrific work environment where supervisors bully employees and constant watching of staff

Sales targets, upselling, forcing products on customersVery difficult supervisors and management, treating employees like minions. Made to feel stupid and belittled by supervisors. Went home crying nearly every day. Very belittling management
