Buyer assistant in Tallaght, County Dublin
on 24 October 2020
The buyer I worked with bullied me.I was completely unfairly treated. I reported it to HR and I was ignored. Everyone was disgusted with the culture, the atmosphere. This man was so bad at his job I couldn't believe he was there. A very depressing environment and dirty, sad and cold premisses in Tallagh.

Just transfer a manager
Transfer the management you need in stores and stop trying to hire outside of the company. Expectations are too high and from what I've heard you have a store manager with no store and another store manager in that region who could be moved. Stop attempting to hire someone and put these guys into different stores especially when you have the managers there in place.

I did not enjoy working there
I did not like one member of staff there and hated management. There was always pressure and wages were poor. I enjoyed the customers. I left due to being bullied by management
