The most useful review selected by Indeedexcellent company to begin career and promote. very good on site training and management very supportive of staff at all levels. do move on after 3 years in any role and keep fresh. very Swiss centric and can be difficult for non swiss nationals to attain senior roles. usually the company changes strategy every 2 to 3 years. lots of red tape, the swiss love procedure.
