10 hours maybe 8 hours per day


So boring & dead I'm surprized it hasn't shut down!! Absaloutely no opportunities to progress!!


6 weeks paid holidays,
2 set breaks a day,
3 paid sick days (More with a drs note)


Prior to the takeover of the company by Sports Direct, the facilities were in place to allow progression via upping of the skill set, and applying for different roles, such as brand specialist, floor manager, department manager, etc,
They look for a good work ethos, organisation, being able to take initiative, self-independence and dependability.
However even within the last few years with the implementation of the current store manager, many of the old managers were made redundant, and replaced by outsourcing managers with a lower wage, as well as removing a large variety of specialized roles within the store itself, making any genuine career advancement difficult.
