My over all workdays at the Hyatt were good. I learned how to be a leader of a team and how to be effective at it. My managers were good, always willing to help out and give advice on how to be better. My co-workers for the most part were very good at getting work done quick and correct while maintaining a positive attitude. They made it a really positive place to be. THe hardest part of the job would be picking up the slack from last minute call ins, and my favorite part of the job was leaving knowing i just pulled off another successful shift with my team.
