In my time with Hyatt I watched a lot of great employees leave for jobs with better benefits and pay. It was almost impossible to maintain a positive work culture when key players are constantly being replaced.

Senior Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  Hyatt Regency DFW28 February 2020
Altogether one of the best Hotel working experiences I have had in my 40 some years in the hospitality/hotel industry. Conflicts with staff and management were few and far between. Strong team and customer service mentality.

Pastry Cook 2 (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FL28 February 2020
Everybody was a pleasure to work with, the pay is a little low but the health benefits are really good. Had to leave because of the hurricane and had to find somewhere else to get more hours.
