Culture is work work work and earn the company as much money as possible, but don't expect even a decent wage for your hard work and commitment.
Like so many companies now days, the minimum wage brought in by the government has been exploited and instead of people with no experience been given this wage when first employed, all people are been given it, and companies for to long have used the recession as an excuse to treat staff like dirt and pay a wage that is not livable with.... No wonder people don't want to work when they can earn as much on the dole as working for a company like this.....
