Struggling with the among of work and limited communicarion. They alway demand to do more without thanking you once. If you don't meet their definition of performance, you can be fired.
No time to implement things even if there a lot of things to improve. They don't really expect that from you. Or if you want to initiate something, they will blame you to not be able to manage everything and if there is no result they want.
They are not looking to hire people even if the among of work is important but just reduce cost.
