Have been employed for a few years and can see why some employees have been with the company for a long time, however, I can also see why some wish to leave after a period of time. The job can become redundant and coworkers become dependent on others to pick up the slack. While managers are present they don't work nearly enough by coworkers and simply talk for a majority of the time spent on the work floor. Overall easy work to pay ratio for the job done but definitely not somewhere you'd want to be forever.

I have been working for Ikea group barely 3 years and a lot had learned since then. The atmosphere in there is amazing and the team is so friendly and helpfully.
I bring many great memories from there and friends. Would highly recommend have a job experience with them.

Fantastic, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good work environment. The food is also one of the best things about working there. Great for students too.
