Pros
Luogo di lavoro in generale
Cons

In IKEA it's all about who you know not how much work you put in. You can work really hard and if the manager has a friend's he wants to work on a team your hard work goes unnoticed because they will concentrate on finding faults to get you out then to praise you.
Pros
Good pay
Cons
Bad management

Good pay & benefits but if you work for inflow, the harder you work the more they will work you& others sit BS while team lead walks by & says nothing,or they are friends with the team lead & can BS all they want, if you work alot, you will be picked on to do more,or if you mention this to management you'll be labeled a complainer,so when things happen you don't want to say anything, that builds up to the point of the stress becomes terrible, the pay is not worth it.It is not a fun place to work.
Pros
Decent pay & benefits
Cons
poor moral, nobody to back a coworker up unless your friends with team leads or kiss their ???, Stress level is terrible

They excel in making everyone feel important. Lots of learning on the go. Work/life balance is important. Fun place to work. They care a lot about the environment, people and planet and its refreshing to see that from a large company.
Pros
cheap staff lunch
Cons
one location

Good luck, getting proper support from leads and management. The coworkers are really nice. Coworkers most likely train new hires it’s a lot to take in all at once.
Pros
Coworkers are nice
Cons
Management needs to improve

By far one of the most compassionate companies. Has a great work/life balance. People are all kind and Respectful of one another. There are no hidden agendas by anyone. Entirely about common goals and initiatives. A real sense of team and fair opportunity. Can’t say enough good things about IKEA.

Fantastic, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good work environment. The food is also one of the best things about working there. Great for students too.

Cons
Inkomen zal niet snel stijgen.

Training is sub par or non existent. No work/life balance. Always short workers so customers end up waiting longer and then you have to take their abuse at the end. Be prepared for just a 30 mins break for a 8.5 hour shift. When asked if I could go on my 15mins you got laughed at and told no. There is no structure and extremely disorganized If you don’t want chaos and stress then I suggest do not work for ikea
Pros
Free peak day lunchs
Cons
Everything with working for ikea

Pros
Hay descansos, tareas sencillas
Cons
Sueldo

When IKEA St. Louis first open, it was a good place to work. Great Store Manager that provided good direction and co-worker support. Great pay and benefits. Then the store manager left and the company reorganized a few years later pay was cut, jobs eliminated, responsibilities transferred to other co-workers. Immediate managers where great but top management didn't have a clue how to operate a store. They would rather blame others for their failings than take responsibility for their failed leadership. Top management and Human Resources clearly did not follow the companies vision. I can only assume it must be a company wide issue because nothing was ever done to correct the St. Louis top management team after numerous co-workers lodged complaints to the home office. Seems like if you where a good co-worker or manager they resented that and they would chase them off but they liked the non productive co-workers or managers. Just a hard company to understand their work ethic.
Pros
Benefits
Cons
Poor top store management. Don't know how to lead or treat people.
