Hello there and many thanks for your question. Our leadership team here at Indeed holds regular Q&As across the business where employees are given opportunities to ask any questions about what's in store for our progress as a business as well as having the opportunity to give direct feedback about how things can be improved. We also hope that our surveys that are issued internally, enable employees to feel comfortable giving feedback on areas of improvement. The results from these surveys are addressed at a leadership level and we hope Indeedians feel and see the impact of this #insideindeed.

All employees have been working from home since March 2020. We have also announced that no employee is required to return to the office until we have been given advice that it is safe to do so. Currently, there are no plans to switch permanently to an entirely remote workforce and offices will reopen when it is safe to do so. We plan to prioritize certain employees when returning to the office, for example, those who have expressed a high degree of eagerness to come back to the office and have indicated hardship factors with working from home. We hope this helps!
