Good company making life saving products. Great people....but: training is poor, benefits are almost none, no bonus, no chance of advancement, management is appalling and some even bullies. No work ethics, just overworked for low wages. Over 25% of highly qualified staff leave every year. People are not encouraged to speak up, on the contrary, shouted at and treated like small kids by plant management. Otherwise a company with great future. Just wish top management values all employees.

Poor Management leading to employees being overworked for a low salary. Work ethic is non existent in the company. Co-workers were friendly and easy to get along with. Cons were the distance to travel to work
