Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) - Leixlip, County Kildare - 3 February 2022
Was a good place yo work for the first few years and then it got really stressful after a period of time. I ended having to leave because the shift work was not healthy. Really took a toll on my family life eventually.

Get rewarded for working hard!
Manufacturing Engineer (Former Employee) - Leixlip, County Kildare - 22 March 2021
Really great place to work. Never a dull moment, always projects and task to work on. Work closely with teams of highly skilled individuals. Expect to be challenged everyday but also expect to be rewarded for your hard work.
Pros
Compensation and time off are great
Cons
Working weekend and night shifts can be tough

Work Level
Mechanical Technician (Former Employee) - Leixlip, County Kildare - 29 April 2020
Went in as a intern but they wanted more and wasn't given the chance to complete and management don't have time for learning/ progression even though that's one of their ethos.
Pros
Good salary and benefits
Cons
Alot of contracts and very hard to get made full time

productive
Maintenance and Manufacturing Technician (Current Employee) - Kildare - 8 June 2018
Great company for salary and benefits, but ultimately just a number. Wage discrepancies between the same job level are vast and the shift calander means you never get a full weekend to yourself.

Intel is a large profitable and secure but inflexible organisation
Production Supervisor (Former Employee) - Liexlip, Kildare, Ireland - 29 November 2017
Intel is a good place to work because it is stable, the company is very profitable and employees are well rewarded (salary+shift premium+bonus). It can be a little difficult in terms of flexibility and bureaucracy, there is definitely a way of speaking and Intel vocabulary that helps one fit in.
Pros
stable, good salary, medical insurance
Cons
danger of group-think

It's a good place to work
L2 Manufacturing Technician (Current Employee) - Leixlip, County Kildare - 10 October 2017
It's a employee friendly company. They really care with their employees if you're a blue badge. But unluckily I'm working for westerwood global don't have those benefits. Hopefully I will be given a chance to work direct to them and become a blue badge.
