Great stepping curve

Management are excellent, good bonhomie among staff. Grew on the job, gaining experience and confidence. Pay was good but is improves if promoted. Relaxing, not alot of stress.

Not a great place anymore

Use to be a good place too work now not so much. Bonus removed as well as other perks. No sign of promotions or pay increases. Hiring new technicians with less qualification that are on more money and a higher grade than some current technicians that have been there years. This is leading to people seek jobs elsewhere that are offering more salary and opportunities for progression. Over all morale is at an all time low and everyone seems to be looking for jobs outside the company.

Promises, promises, promises

When you start you hear about great training and on site benefits and bonuses.Unfortunately even when bonuses exist they are very low, training is a farce and the on site amenities other than the gym are a joke Pay is also decades behind their competition.
