Good people but no options for advancement and unrealistic targets
The management is not really very innovative or energetic. It is a good environment with great people but really crazy pressure and targets. Work/Life balance is not the best.
Rare options for advancements, unrealistic targets

My time working with Intel Security the longest interneship I had been on thus far. The first few weeks there were the most welcoming I'd had in any job prior. Everyone on the team was very understanding of the position I was in and was there to help me when I needed it. At the same time, they didn't smother me with advice and gave me just the right amount of time and space to try to figure things out on my own and at my own pace. Over time as I grew more comfortable with the team and their working environment, more a and more tasks were given to me to push me just a little but further with my skills.
Overall, my time spent were was one of the most valuable experiences I've had in a long time, and if the day comes where I can work with them again, I will take that job offer up in a heartbeat
