What is the organisational culture at ISI Dublin?

1 answer

  • The culture is similar to that of a secondary school, if you're not in the clique, you're treated as a second class citizen. Very patronising management style, chaotic hours and a grind culture which ensures a subpar educational experience for students. Management are vastly more concerned with the "image" of the school as opposed to looking after their students/staff.
