Pay performance!!! With the wrong company if expecting anything but the minimum pay for maximum performance...peanuts & monkeys.

Appraisals are completed twice per year for Supervisors, Managers and Administration staff.
Appraisals are done annually for Frontline staff, but Job Chats are encouraged and can be untaken with their supervisor anytime.
