No, because when severely understaffed, you could be doing deliveries by yourself (56+ kegs and 6 cages) and then being scrutinized to work faster so you can get back on the floor. You could also have only 7 staff across the whole venue (3 downstairs bar, 2 on upstairs bar and 2 floor servers, one down and one up) and be running around like a headless chicken serving food, behind the bar, in the kitchen cooking, changing kegs, dealing with complaints, logging maintenance issues and it will all go unnoticed by the pub manager (by my own experience).
