Challenging and Rewarding
The typical day requires a lot of initiative. You plan your own day and targets. The Management structure is loose, being a family business, the culture is very much conservative and the hardest part of my job is the lack of training or guidance, the most enjoyable part is the freedom in the Role.

Bus driver
Weekly roster sent out on Fridays. Drove set route to Dublin Airport gets very boring. Passengers are usually fine but as always you come across people who are annoyed with the company but take it out on you as the driver. Wages are awful relative to the hours you have to do, most of which is hanging around in Dublin Airport waiting to swap buses

It was a Job
The company does not value its employees, Never received an uniform (even though they took measurements), you were expected to fund your own uniform, I did ask about it months later and was told is was on a boat from Pakistain, a very slow boat !!!!!!No sick pay, if you take a day off its at your own cost. When you needed a to update your driver CPC, you had to at your own cost, So losing a days pay and costing you another €55 and expensive day off, I had to pay for my own First aid course, the company didnt really care w
