Mixed bag
The good: - competitive pay and benefits - good learning experience while working on hi-tech production lines The bad: - disinterested management - stressful environment, lack of accountability, overworking, push for output at any cost, bad support and communication Process Technician in Limerick, County Limerick

Productive and fast paced
Great place to work. It is what you want to make of it. Nights can be hard and if your not a great sleeper it’s not for you. If you don’t get on with the team on shift it can be a long day.Sales Assistant in Cork, County Cork

Great place to work
Great lace to work, fast paced, good management. Good pay and bonus. Everyone helps each other. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good secure job in a great culture. Shift work can be tough but if you are suited to it then you are away in a hack.Warehouse Operator in Cork, County Cork

Started well
I loved working here when I first started but once the management team changed to new people who didn't have too much history or association with the site the atmosphere became fairly toxic. The people that were placed in crucial positions didn't have the experience in the industry to be there, which is fine if they are willing to listen, learn and follow through with advice they have been given. Sadly in this case they weren't. For a multibillion dollar company there was some serious penny scraping going on too. People being put in positions and expected to do the work that 3 people used to do without any change to the process to make it easier for the new person is a bit daft. I really do hope it changes with new management that actually go by the Credo because towards the end it just felt like everyone was depressed and anxious. And that was without the pressure that Covid brought on.What would you say about your employer?
