I recommend to everyone to work there. It's a company that cares about its workers. It always seeks the welfare of the employee and very supportive, with the situation of Covid-19 the company gave the best of itself. It has a very good relationship between the normal and the personal. It is very flexible when looking for work alternatives that benefit the company and the employee. Very good salary conditions. Impeccable cultural and social conditions.
Treat contractors like dirt , make them work to targets higher than full time workers and use the possibility of getting a full time job against you! Management in areas very poor ..can be left go in few hours notice seen people come into work and let go in evening
Poor culture - lack of fundamentals in delivery of training. Poor internal communication/ culture of whispering evident and ignored by management.
This was a work environment I was happy to leave. Very, very poor training, little career progression opportunities and poor senior management leading to continuous dissatisfaction throughout the less senior members of staff.
This was a great experience for me personally as I worked as part of a team during a production line retro fit out project and it was great to see how they ran this project and delivered the day to day meetings and on goings of where it was at. I felt this was the best thing about the role to really understand what the key aspects were of working through problems and how they are managed by these key communication meetings.
Work here is terrible, bullying is ripe through the company especially with contractors, you get shift allowance but it is not worth it for what your body goes through, one month of nights and one month days and you can never get used too or adapt, loads of time off no energie to do anything

Great education scheme. In house Automation Degree run with LIT which can be completed in two years to Lv7, contact time on site and in LIT on paid time.
My time at Johnson & Johnson was quite enjoyable. The Management are extremely friendly. The work is expected to be done on the day, which is normal, as it is an international company, and they do need to send their Orders out. Would definitely recommend it.
- Sales order and procurement management. - Dealt and managed customer’s queries and/or complaints on daily basis by phone and email and monitored key performance indicators according to the service level agreements. - Assess clients’ needs, situations, strengths, and support networks to determine their goals - Managing, processing and recording consignment inventory movements and adjustments. - Delivered training to new and current agents and tracked, assisted and collaborated functionality of different projects.
- Executing Site Acceptance Software Test Procedures (SAT) for Two Sterilizers Units; - Some issues regarding personal safety; - Some uncoordinated actions between project manager and section manager; - I appreciate the workplace culture; - Work is normal.
Difficult to advance in your career as co-ordinators discourages more training. Any job posted had a candidate picked before interviews. Shift targets rather than personal targets so lots of people freeloading. Serious lack of communication. Permanent jobs all interview based rather than how well you work within the company
Contractors are treated like they were some sort of sub human beings , the pressure is terrible, to get numbers numbers, and the agency's are as bad that employ you they just don't care about your welfare, its a dog eat dog situation,
I work with a contract company within the facility and have worked in many different areas throughout my employment there. Johnson and Johnson itself is good to work for there are many perks including healthcare and bonuses for people directly employed with the company and also they promote education which is another plus
Can get experience in many different areas, promotes education
Hours can be long on shift work
A great place to work, employee welfare and safety a key part of the workplace culture. Friendly workforce as well. Not a bad word to say about the company, to be honest.
Salary is great
Long hours but ok if you can manage (Was no prob for me)
